Crafco PolyFlex Type 3 sealant is a hot-applied, asphalt-based product used to fill cracks and joints in asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements in warm to very hot climates. PolyFlex Type 3 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a highly adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and resists flow and pick-up at summer temperatures. PolyFlex Type 3 is used in highways, streets, airfields, and parking lot pavements and is applied to pavement cracks using either pressure feed Melter applicators or pour pots. At application temperature, PolyFlex Type 3 is a medium viscosity product which flows and penetrates cracks. PolyFlex Type 3 has been a quality Crafco product for over 25 years.
Crafco Hot-Applied Parking Lot Sealants
Crafco hot-applied asphalt crack sealants are available in our new, innovative, meltable PLEXI-melt™ packaging.
Parking Lot pavements are subject to slow moving vehicle traffic and foot traffic. These areas include but are not limited to: parking lots, parking garages, driveways, collector and residential streets, crosswalks, walkways and recreation areas. Due to the nature of these types of pavements, special care should be taken when sealing cracks in these areas because they encounter different types of traffic than highways and high traffic volume roads. Crafco Parking Lot Sealant is specifically formulated for these areas.
Crafco Parking Lot Sealant Type 1 (Portland cement concrete pavements in cold to hot climates).
Crafco Parking Lot Sealant Type 2 (Portland cement concrete pavements in moderate to very hot climates)
Crafco RoadSaver Silicone Joint Sealant are uniquely formulated, low-modulus sealants produced for sealing joints in Portland cement concrete pavements. The sealants are supplied as single-component, moisture-curing materials which provide lasting weather-resistant, flexible seals.

Crafco RoadSaver Silicone NS is a uniquely formulated low modulus non-sag silicone for sealing joints in Portland cement concrete pavements in all climates. The product is supplied as a ready-to-use, one component moisture curing system, which provides a lasting and flexible seal (Jet Fuel Resistant)
Crafco RoadSaver Silicone SL is a low modulus silicone which offers the performance and durability characteristics of conventional non-sag silicone with the ease of installation of self-leveling materials. Crafco RoadSaver Silicone SL is supplied as a ready to use one component moisture curing system.
Crafco PolyPatch products are hot-applied, pourable, self-adhesive patching materials used for preservation, maintenance and repair of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements and bridge deck surfaces. PolyPatch products are composed of highly modified polymer asphalt binder and durable lightweight construction aggregate. These products are formulated for distresses larger than those typically repaired by crack or joint sealing, but smaller than those requiring remove and replace patching procedures. The unique design features of PolyPatch products produce materials which are adhesive, flexible, and resistant to vehicle loadings. PolyPatch products are produced in 2 grades: PolyPatch and PolyPatch Fine Mix. PolyPatch has larger aggregate for use in deeper installations. PolyPatch Fine Mix used smaller aggregate for thinner repairs and feathered edges. PolyPatch products are supplied in solid form in 30 lbs. (13.6 kg) (approx. weight) boxes containing pre-measured binder and aggregate.
Crafco Mastic One is similar to PolyPatch Fine Mix but is compounded with standard weight aggregate and packaged in 40 lb. (18.1 kg) boxes.
Ideally used for:
Filling wide cracks and joints
TechCrete is a hot-applied, gray color, aesthetically suitable in all concrete pavements, and is used in sealing wide cracks and joints, and repairing a large variety of pavement distresses in Portland Cement Concrete Pavement and Asphalt Concrete Pavement. Pavement distresses appropriate for TechCrete include but are not limited to:
A) Cracking (corner breaks, longitudinal and transverse cracking),
B) Joint Deficiencies (spalling of longitudinal and transverse joints),
C) Surface Defects (map cracking and scaling, pop-outs), and
D) Miscellaneous distresses (blowups, faulting of transverse joints and cracks, lane-to-shoulder drop-off, lane-to-shoulder separation, and patch/patch deterioration). TechCrete is used in highway, street, road, parking lot, bridge decks, airport taxiways and runways, and other pavement surfaces. The unique design features of TechCrete produce an impervious, impact-resistant; load-bearing, flexible repair that withstands vehicle traffic, aircraft, movement and climatic conditions.

QwikSeal is a peel-and-stick, modified asphalt compound ideal for sealing cracks, seams around pavement patches and concrete joints. Applying QwikSeal is as simple as making sure the pavement surface is clean, unrolling QwikSeal and applying it to the surface. Warm the edges to assure a long lasting bond. Properly installed, QwikSeal prevents water intrusion and the deterioration it causes to the pavement. QwikSeal is compounded to perform in a wide range of climates and conditions.
QwikDots: Use the Crafco QwikDots system to adhere sign posts, rumble strips, speed bumps, parking bumpers , temporary signs or most anything else to both concrete and asphalt pavements. Crafco QwikDots are pressure sensitive peel-and-stick modified asphalt adhesive pads.
The Crafco QwikStix is a fast and easy way to adhere pavement markers or do small crack repairs. The only tool required is a small torch. Peel back the self release cardboard box and melt just enough to do the job. Single markers or touch up to a crack sealing project are ideal for the QwikStix. QwikStix work equally well on AC or PCC pavements.

Crafco PoreShield with patented SME PS technology is a cost effective, high performance, non-hazardous concrete durability enhancer for all densities of concrete, new or old. Can be applied topically in place of common penetrating sealers, however, it performs very differently. PoreShield is absorbed into the pores to block fluid penetration from the inside. It is self sealing, filling, and protects additional cracks as they form. It is a long term ( years) durability enhancer protecting concrete from premature damage caused by moisture, salt, de-icing & freeze/thaw conditions. PoreShield fills pores creates a hydrophobic barrier that is both preventative curative. Suitable for a wide range of applications like roads, bridges, driveways, sidewalks and other concrete structures.
The Crafco Matrix 502 Asphaltic Plug Bridge Joint System is a hot-applied field-molded and constructed expansion joint system that is primarily composed of a uniquely formulated polymer modified asphalt binder that is mixed with specially selected and processed aggregate. The Matrix 502 Joint provides a watertight, smooth riding joint that can accommodate up to ± 1 inch (25 mm) of annual joint movement, can be used for expansion gaps up to 6 inches (15 cm) wide, and can be installed in joints with up to a 45 degree skew. The joint is installed in cutouts in the deck surfacing that are a minimum of 2 inches (5 cm) deep, up to a maximum of 8 inches (20 cm) deep and at a standard width of 20 inches (51cm). Maximum joint width is 24 inches (61 cm). The Matrix 502 Joint can be used for both expansion and fixed end joints at abutments or piers in many bridge types including concrete slab, concrete beam, pre-stressed concrete and steel beam, either simple or multi-span, in both new construction or rehabilitation projects. The joint is placed in the deck surfacing layer of either asphalt concrete or portland cement concrete to a minimum depth of 2 inches (5cm). Completed joints are black in color. The Matrix 502 Joint can also be used as a pressure relief joint on bridge approach slabs. Compared to conventional anchored bridge joint systems, Matrix 502 Joints are low cost, quick and easy to install and easy to maintain. The Matrix 502 Asphaltic Plug Bridge Joint System meets requirements of ASTM D6297, “Standard Specification for Asphaltic Plug Joints for Bridges”.
